3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 business days.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Email us within 30 days of receiving the item at support@rigamars.com.
✔ We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds typically take 7 business days to process after approval.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@rigamars.com with your order details.


7. Cancellations
